CMA Ashwin G. Dalwadi, the senior partner, is having an excellent academic background and affluent experience in the field of Cost Accounting and general management. He is also a proprietor of Ms/ A. G. Dalwadi & Company, Cost Accountants a firm of Cost Accountants since in 1989.

CMA Ashwin G. Dalwadi had started his career in the year 1977, with M/s Bhatia & Diwanji, a firm of Cost Accountants led by Late CMA R. K. Bhatia and CMA Shirish V. Diwanji.

He was also associated with his father, Late CMA G. P. Dalwadi, during the year 1986 to 1990. Meanwhile, he stared independent practice as a Cost Accountant in 1989 and a proprietary firm of Cost Accountants styled as A. G. Dalwadi & Co., Cost Accountants was constituted.

He is also proactively associated with various institutions like, Indian Drug Manufacturers Association – Gujarat-IDMA, Gujarat State Small Industries Federation- GSIF, Confederation of Indian Industry CII- Gujarat etc. He has also participated in number of seminars & workshops organized by ICAI and Industries Associations.

He has conducted more than 20 programs for training on EA2000 and Desk Review for Excise Executives and professional cost accountants.

He is a Chief coordinator of special training program-‘Reliance Certified Accountants’ is conducted jointly by WIRC of ICAI and Reliance Industries Ltd., at Jamnagar for its employees.

He was appointed as a Program Director by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) to conduct Competent Management Assistant Program (COMAP) sponsored by SIDBI during Oct'91 to Jan'92.

CMA Ashwin Dalwadi is closely associated with activities of the Institute and constantly contributing in the development process of the same.

• He has been actively associated with ICAI and MCA in XBRL Taxonomy development for statutory Cost Accounting
• He is elected to the Central Council of the Institute of Cost of Accountants of India - ICAI for the term 2019-23 and serving as a chairman of Information Technology Committee & Management Accounting Committee in addition to other committees of the Institute.
• He has been nominated as a member of CAPA- Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants for the term 2019-20.
• Earlier, he was also elected to the Central Council of ICAI – CMA [2007-2011 Term]
• He has been actively associated with ICAI and MCA in XBRL Taxonomy development for statutory Cost Accounting and had held position of Chairman Cost Audit Assurance Standard Board and Chairman of Continuing Education Program Committee of ICAI -CMA.
• Earlier he was elected as a regional council member of Western India Regional Council of ICAI-CMA for two consecutive terms [2001-04 & 2004-07]
• He was a Chairman of Western India Regional Council of ICAI – CMA for the year 2003-04.
• Since, 1990 onwards, he is closely associated with Ahmedabad Chapter of Cost Accountants and was elected as a Chairman of the Chapter in 1999-2001

CMA Haren Bhatt

Credentials:

• CMA Haren P Bhatt, B. Com, ACMA, aged 61 years, is having 31 years rich experience in Pharmaceutical industry in the area of Costing, Pricing, Budgeting, MIS, Finance, Accounts, Cost records, Export incentives, Sales control and its co-ordination etc.
• He was Controller - Costing and Sales Administration in Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd. from 2007 to 2015.
• He was General Manager -(API -Finance) in Cadila Healthcare Ltd from 1995 to 2007. Manager Costing in Cadila Laboratories Ltd from 1984 to 1995 and was Cost Assistant in Ramakrishna mills and Navjivan mills from 1981 to 1984.
• He is elected to the Ahmedabad Chapter of Cost Accountants for the term 2019-23 and serving as Chairman of the Ahmedabad Chapter for the term 2019-20. He has earlier served the chapter as a Secretary and a chairman of Editorial Committee.

CMA Malay Vakil

Qualification: BE (Prod), LLB, ACMA
Experience: Since 2002
Credentials:

• Started his career with ATE Industries in the field of Costing and Planning in the year 2002 and then had been associated with A. G. Dalwadi & Co, Tata Technologies Ltd, IBM India Ltd and TCS Ltd, in various designation capacities
• Now is working as freelance consultant for SAP CO Module and practicing cost accountant as one of the partners with M/s. Dalwadi and Associates, Cost Accountants
• Have got extensive experience in costing and SAP designing and implementation
• Client appreciation certificate for contribution in HSA project Saudi Arabia
• Bravo Award in 2006 for contribution in HUL project implementation
• All India 2nd Rank in ICAI final examination

CMA Malhar Dalwadi

Qualification: BCom, MBA-Finance, FCMA
Experience: Since 2007
Credentials:

• He is having practical exposure of around twelve years in the field of Cost & Management Accountancy and wide exposure in the area of statutory cost accounting prevailing in India in pharmaceutical and engineering sectors.
• Actively associated in XBRL fillings as per MCA mandate
• He is also a partner of M/s. Chandra Wadhwa & Co., Cost Accountants, Delhi
• He is elected to the Ahmedabad Chapter of WIRC of the Institute of Cost of Accountants of India - ICAI for the term 2019-23 and serving as Secretary and a chairman of Editorial Committee in addition to other committees of the Ahmedabad Chapter. He had also served the Chapter during 2017-19 as Treasure & Finance Committee Chairman and during 2013-17 as Chairman of Students’ Soft Skill Development Committee.
